VARUNA HITS THE GROUND RUNNING IN 2018

Can’t speak highly enough about Varuna under the new management of Amy Sambrooke and Veechi Stuart. On top of residency programs that have supported emerging and established writers for nearly 30 years, Varuna is now reaching out to local writers and the curious. The SWF memoir workshop my colleague Viv Lewis and I facilitated – The Unbelievable Truth – was packed with writers whose courage and initiative were inspiring. Too much writing is barely enough 🙂
